Young Love: Laura Pannack

We've all had our share of love and the many complex feelings that comes along with it. Photographer Laura Pannack's recent photo series, titled Young Love, depicts the wonderful innocence young people bring to their relationships. Because let's face it, unless you've married your first love at a very young age, we inevitably become tainted.

Being young and stupid maybe isn't such a bad thing after all.

Double duty: Mads Perch

British fashion/Music photographer Mads Perch's uses color and his subject at it's very best- I suddenly feel like painting my walls a really bright color.

Cheer-io 2009

It's the end of an era folks. I took these photos during my last visit in London- how I love Brighton's pebbled beach and perfectly delicious fish & chips. Looking at these reminds me how important it is to look forward to things- whatever it is your hoping for. A career lift-off, moving to a different country, finding true love, or more importantly- finding more interesting things to blog about.

What Katie Wore

Everyday for a whole year, Joe posts a photo of Katie. Call it the Julia & Julia equivalent to fashion blogging. I though of doing this for 2010, however then I realized how competitive I'd get and probably end up spending every penny I have on fashion items instead of spending it on normal stuff, like a broken 1940's still camera or Hello Kitty place mats.

Blogs with style: Bouji Behavior

Blogs with stylish layouts should be praised (and perhaps not envied). This blog is an homage to all things minimalist- no posts or lengthy 'about me', just images or quotes from admirable people and artists. Simple is the new black.

Vintage Mayhem

Bugger- I've been bitten by the vintage bug. I say this because I've been spending most of my free time trying on shoes at Friperies, then coming come to go look for more items online, while being totally amazed at how many vintage blogs there are out there. It's old, kind of new and it's been around longer then I have- love it! A 1950's snow flake pattern sweater? My heart is melting! 1960's Woody Allen glasses? Somebody catch me, I've fallen in love!

In honor of my love for all things vintage, I've joined the Vintage Society. I heart Vintage!

Time to light it up

To whoever is reading this- sorry if I haven't posted anything lately. Came across this lovely flikr page by Colette Rochelle. I'm loving the lights! Happy Holidays!!
